Vegan โ Heartwarming & Earth-Aligned
A sacred, nourishing bowl to support grounding, healing, and cellular joy. This soup is perfect for lightworkers, starseeds, and anyone needing warmth from the inside out.
1 cup dry lentils (green or brown)
4 cups filtered water or vegetable broth
1 medium onion, chopped
2 carrots, diced
1 potato, cubed
1 cup spinach or green peas (or both!)
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)
Black pepper to taste
1 tbsp soy-based oil or olive oil
Optional: pinch of chili flakes or smoked paprika for extra dimension
In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sautรฉ until translucent.
Add carrots and potatoes. Stir and cook for 2โ3 minutes.
Rinse lentils and add them to the pot along with turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Pour in water or broth. Bring to a gentle boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 30โ35 minutes until lentils are soft and flavors have fused.
Add spinach or green peas in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Eat slowly, with intention.

A nourishing variation of the classic lentil soup, using split peas for extra richness, vibrant green energy, and smooth texture. Perfect for grounding, balancing, and comforting the soul after long starlight walks or busy Earth days.
1 cup split peas (chรญcharo partido โ Verde Valle is a favorite!)
4 cups filtered water or vegetable broth
1 medium onion, chopped
2 carrots, diced
1 potato, cubed
1 cup green peas or spinach (or both!)
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)
Black pepper to taste
1 tbsp soy-based oil or olive oil
Optional: pinch of chili flakes or smoked paprika

In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Sautรฉ onions until soft.
